We are sorry that you feel the need to raise a concern. We treat every complaint seriously and use it to improve our care. Please give us as much detail as you can, and we will respond fairly and promptly.

What happens next. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible, keeping you updated throughout. If you remain unhappy after our response, you can ask the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman to review it, and you may share concerns with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) at any time.
