Support Worker
No experience necessary — we train you fully and pay you while we do it. What we can't teach is kindness, so that's what we look for first.
What the day looks like
- Helping with washing, dressing and personal care, always with dignity
- Prompting or administering medication, and keeping clear records
- Preparing meals and drinks, and a hand with light housework
- Support to get out and about — appointments, shopping, a walk
- Good company — a conversation and a cup of tea matter as much as the tasks
What we ask of you
- Kindness, patience and reliability — the things that can't be trained
- The right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (we arrange and pay for it)
- Conversational English and confidence writing short visit notes
- No care experience or CV needed — full training is provided
